By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the t1bet platform — including the website at t1bet.club, any associated mobile applications, and all games, services, and features offered therein — you ("the Player," "you," or "your") agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with t1bet's Privacy Policy and any additional rules, guidelines, or policies published on the platform from time to time.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and t1bet ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our"). If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the t1bet platform and close your account.
t1bet reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or in-platform notification. Continued use of t1bet following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Access to and use of t1bet is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained throughout the duration of your account:
t1bet reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age within the timeframe specified by t1bet will result in account suspension pending verification.
Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active t1bet account. The registration of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. t1bet employs technical and manual detection methods to identify duplicate accounts. All duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances therein forfeited.
You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You must promptly update your account information if any details change. t1bet is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your t1bet login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. t1bet will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify t1bet immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
In compliance with PAGCOR regulations and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws, t1bet is required to verify the identity of all players. KYC verification is mandatory before processing withdrawals exceeding ₱10,000 or as otherwise determined by t1bet's compliance team. Acceptable KYC documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, SSS/GSIS ID, PRC ID, or voter's ID) and proof of address.
t1bet accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Filipino players: GCash, PayMaya/Maya, bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank), and debit card. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP/₱).
All deposits to t1bet are final and non-refundable once credited to your account and used for wagering. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are specified on the t1bet cashier page and may vary by payment method. t1bet does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions: (a) your account has passed KYC verification; (b) any applicable bonus wagering requirements have been met; (c) the withdrawal amount does not exceed your available real-money balance; and (d) t1bet's compliance team has not flagged your account for review. t1bet aims to process GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within five (5) minutes for verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days.
t1bet reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard anti-fraud and anti-money laundering measure. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods registered in the same name as the t1bet account holder.

All games available on t1bet are operated in accordance with the rules published within each game interface. In the event of a discrepancy between a game's displayed rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail for that game.
t1bet's random number generator (RNG) games are certified by independent testing laboratories to ensure statistical fairness. Published return-to-player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes. Live dealer games are streamed in real time from licensed studios; outcomes are determined by physical game elements (cards, roulette wheel, dice) and are not subject to algorithmic manipulation by t1bet.
In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or game error, t1bet reserves the right to void affected game rounds and return wagers to the player's account. t1bet is not liable for losses arising from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on t1bet and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities:
t1bet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases where: (a) the player has violated these Terms; (b) t1bet is required to do so by law or regulatory directive; (c) t1bet has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity; or (d) the player has requested self-exclusion under t1bet's Responsible Gaming program.
Upon closure of an account for reasons attributable to player misconduct or Terms violation, t1bet reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance. Where an account is closed for reasons not attributable to player misconduct (e.g., regulatory withdrawal from a market), t1bet will return the player's real-money balance via their registered payment method after deducting any applicable fees.
Players may voluntarily close their t1bet account at any time by contacting t1bet support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any pending withdrawals at the time of closure will be processed in the normal course.
All content on the t1bet platform — including but not limited to the t1bet brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of t1bet or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the t1bet platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any t1bet content without prior written authorization from t1bet.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, t1bet's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the t1bet platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
t1bet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the t1bet platform, even if t1bet has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
t1bet collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on t1bet, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
t1bet complies with the Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) and its implementing rules and regulations. Your personal data will not be sold to third parties. Data may be shared with PAGCOR, law enforcement agencies, and payment processors as required by law or necessary to operate the platform.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of t1bet shall first be submitted to t1bet's internal dispute resolution process by contacting t1bet support.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through t1bet's internal process within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate regulatory authority or competent courts of the Philippines. Players may also escalate unresolved complaints to PAGCOR's player dispute resolution channels.
t1bet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. The most current version of the Terms will always be available at t1bet.club/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision.
For material changes, t1bet will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice to registered players via email or in-platform notification. Your continued use of t1bet following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using t1bet and may request account closure.
